Innovation Hub Exhibit Opportunities
- The Innovation Hub, which is centrally located in the Exhibit Hall, features exhibit spaces reserved for emerging solution providers to showcase their novel technologies.
Exhibiting Criteria
- Field validation in water or overlapping industries, via pilot testing or full-scale installations.
- Product must provide a clear advantage over traditional solutions already on the market.
- Companies who are current or past AWWA exhibitors do not qualify to exhibit in the Innovation Hub.
- Company generates less than $5M in revenue.
Exhibit Space
The ACE25 Exhibit Space Includes:
- Furnishings: table with storage (39 inches tall x 19 ½ inches wide), two stools, standard electric, carpeting, and signage. *Note: Pull up banners are NOT allowed in the Innovation Hub.*
- Company name and description listed in the online exhibitor directory and mobile app.
- Company name in the printed onsite program, if received by Monday, March 3, 2025.
- Two (2) Exhibitor Full-Conference registrations (technical sessions and exhibits included, no lunch).
- Exhibit Hall 24-hour perimeter security.
- Exhibitor access to the Exhibit Hall, professional sessions, and networking events.
- ACE Conference Proceedings for registered booth staff.
- Exhibiting companies are responsible for ordering internet, if needed.

The Hub provides a place for thought leaders to exchange creative ideas and cultivate connections and collaboration.
Innovation Cabana
Scaleups and startups alike will find the Innovations Hub a perfect place to showcase their cutting-edge innovation — within their own space — in one of the Innovation Cabanas. These 10’x10’ stations will be uniquely branded by each Sponsor and will serve as an excellent exchange platform to disseminate your latest findings, designs, and ideas, all in a private space.
No Water, No Beer Happy Hour – 1 available – 1 sold
Sponsors of No Water, No Beer Happy Hour will provide attendees the opportunity to meet other water technology professionals in a casual setting, in addition to having your logo displayed in the Innovation Hub throughout the 3-day exhibit.
Happy Hour will be held on the first day of the ACE25 Exhibit Hall: Monday, June 9 at 4:00–5:00 p.m.
Beer and nonalcoholic refreshments will be served. The sponsor’s logo, alongside the AWWA “No Water, No Beer” logo, will be displayed on beverage koozies provided to attendees by bartenders.
Nook Sponsor
Nestle your brand in the heart of the ACE Innovation Hub. New for ACE25, the Nook sponsorship offers a dedicated, semi-private space a ‘nook’ designed to foster meaningful interactions and connections, showcase your innovative solution, and elevate your brand among innovators and decision-makers.
Snack Cart – 3 available
As a Snack Cart Sponsor, you will receive all the standard sponsorship benefits. In addition, your logo will be on napkins, and on an 8.5”x11” sign displayed on the side of the snack cart. The ACE25 Snack Cart will be available: Monday, June 9 & Tuesday, June 10 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Zone Sponsor – Sold Out
The sponsorship opportunities were developed with the hub and spoke concept in mind with the nucleus surrounded by four linked Technology Zones from the “spokes.” Sponsors can find a perfect spot within one of the water-themed Zones to showcase their leading-edge products and services.
Zone sections will be identified in January 2025.
Coffee Cart – Sold Out
As a Coffee Cart Sponsor, you will receive all the standard sponsorship benefits. In addition, your logo will be on coffee sleeves, and on an 8.5″x11” sign displayed on the side of the coffee cart. The ACE25 Coffee Cart will be available: Monday, June 9 & Tuesday, June 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
