ACE26: At ACE26, attendees earned AWWA Certificates of Completion by scanning their badges when entering and exiting educational sessions. View this brief tutorial video to learn more, and visit the ACE Continuing Education page for important details.

Each year, the ACE CFA is generally open from mid-July through early September. Visit AWWA’s CFA page to view the list of other conferences currently accepting submissions.

Available now! Search your app store for ‘AWWA ACE Events‘, and complete the following steps:

• Download “AWWA ACE Events” from your app store.
• Open the app and select 2026 Annual Conference & Exposition.
• Log in using your email address and your ACE26 barcode number/Log in credential number, present in your ACE26 registration confirmation email. (Not your AWWA ID#)
• Explore and discover session details, exhibitor listings, events, maps and more.
• Customize your agenda—star items to add them to My Agenda’s user-friendly grid view!

Beware of hotel scams – Alert: AWWA is aware of multiple unauthorized organizations contacting exhibitors and attendees to solicit hotel rooms. Reservations made through these unauthorized solicitors cannot be guaranteed by AWWA and could result in hidden charges, unusual restrictions, incorrect hotel placement, or nonexistent reservations.

Connections Housing, Inc is the only official housing company approved by AWWA. All other solicitors should be considered fraudulent. Book your room only through the official ACE Hotel & Travel webpage.

The AWWA team does our best to ensure AWWA events are accessible for everyone by considering venue, mobility, audio/visual, sensory, and dietary needs in our planning. AWWA must receive cancellations in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Attendee registration cancellations dated on or before April 1, 2027 will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. After April 1, 2027, attendee cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitute registrants are welcome. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to service@awwa.org or fax requests to 303.347.0804.

By registering for an AWWA event or program, attendees agree to abide by the conference policies and code of conduct. As part of your event registration personal contact data such as name, address, and email were collected and may be used by AWWA and approved third parties. The American Water Works Association (AWWA) Privacy Policy outlines its commitment to protecting user privacy, including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). AWWA will take appropriate measures to ensure the security of its information systems and the data collected during the event and expects all participants to use AWWA’s digital resources responsibly and in accordance with applicable policies. As a reminder, by allowing your badge to be scanned for lead retrieval, you are providing your full contact information (address, email, phone, etc.) to the exhibitors.

As AWWA looks to the future and evaluates its environmental impact, the association is making a push towards a more sustainable ACE experience. Attendees will see several changes that reflect this more mindful approach and environmental stewardship.

If an invitation letter is needed to secure your Visa to attend ACE, or if you wish to find information on Embassy, Visa Waiver Program, or additional details please submit the international request form. Requests will be honored for attendees and presenters with the intent to register.
