Congratulations on being selected to present at ACE25!
The accept/decline notifications were emailed February 12, 2025.

If you have not received a notification, please check spam, junk, clutter and quarantine filters. If nothing is there, let us know and we will process resends as quickly as possible. Reach out to us at educationservices@awwa.org. Please add both service@awwa.org and educationservices@awwa.org to your safe senders list.

• Please watch the recording from our ACE25 Kick Off Meeting.
• Review the Kick Off Meeting Details as needed.
• Access the ACE Speaker Portal to accept your presentation ASAP!
• Upload your biography and photo; due April 25 to guarantee inclusion in the program.
• All presenters are required to use the ACE PowerPoint template.
• ACE presenters must upload their presentations to our central Presentation Management System, Conventus. This will be released mid-April.
• Join our next webinar: Know Before You Go! Tuesday, April 22.
• Poster presenters are responsible for designing, printing, and transporting their poster to conference. Template examples can be provided upon request; there is no requirement to upload these in advance.
• All presenters are responsible for registering themselves for the conference. ACE does not have a discounted presenter rate.

• Access the ACE Speaker Portal to download your Moderator Report.
• Upload your biography and photo; due April 25 to guarantee inclusion in the program.
• Attend the Moderator Training webinar, hosted Tuesday, May 6.
• Connect with your session presenters. Contact info all presenters will be available via ‘Moderator Report’ in your Speaker Portal.
• Moderators are encouraged to join the Know Before You Go! webinar Tuesday, April 22.
• All moderators are responsible for registering themselves for the conference. ACE does not have a discounted moderator rate.

• Attend virtual Room Monitor Training; Invite will be sent a few weeks before conference.
• Once Launched – Download the new AWWA ACE Mobile App and become an expert user!
• Onsite, check in with the Local Host Desk (located in the Presenter Ready Room). You will also get your volunteer shirt at this time.
• Be at your assigned session room 15 minutes before the start of the program.
• Assist attendees with scanning in and out as they enter and exit the room for their AWWA Certificates of Completion.
• Take attendance during each presentation.
• Be AWWA’s eyes and ears! Alert staff if there are any hiccups in your session.
• If you sign up for 8 hours of volunteer time, AWWA will register you a few weeks before ACE.

All presenters, moderators, and event volunteers are selected through AWWA conference planning committees; please reach out to educationservices@awwa.org if you are interested in contributing at an AWWA event.
