1. Visit ACE exhibitor booth selection here.
2. Sign in using your existing username and password. Or, if you have not accessed the system before, select First Time Login.
3. After signing in, one of two things will happen:

Option A: Your company is already associated with your account

• You will be taken directly to the booth purchasing page.
• Select your preferred booth location and complete the checkout process.

Option B: Your company is not associated with your account

• Go to the “Company Lookup” field on the page’s right side.
• Search for your company name.
• If your Company is found, choose ‘Request to Join Company.’ Your company’s contact on record will be emailed – please coordinate with that individual.*
• If your Company is not found, choose ‘Create Company’ and follow the instructional prompts.
• Once you have access, select your preferred booth location and complete payment to finalize your booth reservation.

*If you do not know who your designated company contact is, or if you need additional assistance, email AWWA at ExhibitorMail@awwa.org.
