When and where is ACE26?

ACE26 will be held June 21-24, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, D.C. View the Schedule-at-a-Glance.

Registration and hotel reservations will open in December 2025. The educational program will be released in early 2026.

 

What are the dates and locations for the next five years?

How do I access my Certificates of Completion?

Instructions to download your ACE25 Certificates of Completion are on the ACE Continuing Education page.

Attendees can earn AWWA Certificates of Completion by scanning their badges when entering and exiting educational sessions. View this brief tutorial video to learn how!

Where is the call for abstracts?

The ACE26 Call For Abstracts will open in July 2025. Please check back here at that time.

How do I access the ACE Mobile App?

Registered attendees can access the ACE App. The ACE25 app included powerful features to help attendees plan and stay connected, and is still available for download.

View this helpful Tutorial Video to learn how to make the most of the ACE App, then follow these easy steps to get started:

  1. Download “AWWA ACE Events” from your app store.
  2. Open the app and select 2025 Annual Conference & Exposition.
  3. Log in using your email address and your ACE25 barcode number located on your conference badge (also found under the barcode in your registration confirmation email).
  4. Explore session details, exhibitor listings, and more.

Where can I find ACE25 sessions and proceedings?

Please visit the Educational Sessions page to explore and view all sessions that occurred at ACE25. Conference proceedings will be added in July, for select ACE25 sessions.

The ACE26 program will launch in February 2026.

What is the attendee cancellation policy?

AWWA must receive cancellations in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Attendee registration cancellations dated on or before April 18, 2025 will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. After April 18, attendee cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitute registrants are welcome. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to service@awwa.org or fax requests to 303.347.0804.

What are the conference policies?

By registering for an AWWA event or program, attendees agree to abide by the conference policies and code of conduct. As part of your event registration personal contact data such as name, address, and email were collected and may be used by AWWA and approved third parties. The American Water Works Association (AWWA) Privacy Policy outlines its commitment to protecting user privacy, including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Visit awwa.org/privacy-policy for additional information. AWWA will take appropriate measures to ensure the security of its information systems and the data collected during the event and expects all participants to use AWWA’s digital resources responsibly and in accordance with applicable policies. As a reminder, by allowing your badge to be scanned for lead retrieval, you are providing your full contact information (address, email, phone, etc.) to the exhibitors.

As AWWA looks to the future and evaluates its environmental impact, the association is making a push towards a more sustainable ACE experience. Attendees will see several changes that reflect this more mindful approach and environmental stewardship.

How can I ask for help with accessibility needs?

The AWWA team does our best to ensure AWWA events are accessible for everyone by considering venue, mobility, audio/visual, sensory, and dietary needs in our planning.
