• View the recorded Presenter ACE25 Kick-Off Meeting.
• View the recorded Presenter and Moderator Know-Before-You-Go webinar, hosted 4/22/25, for details on what to expect in Denver.
• Review the Kick-Off Meeting Details as needed.
• Upload your biography and photo; due April 25 to guarantee inclusion in the program.
• All presenters are required to use the ACE PowerPoint template.
• ACE presenters must upload their presentations to our central Presentation Management System, Conventus. Instructions were shared in mid-April: see Speaker Portal and Know-Before-You-Go recording for details.
• View the ACE25 Mobile app Tutorial Video and then download the Mobile App!
• Poster presenters are responsible for designing, printing, and transporting their poster to the conference. Template examples can be provided upon request; there is no requirement to upload these in advance.
• All presenters are responsible for registering themselves for the conference. ACE does not have a discounted presenter rate.
• View the Session Scanning Tutorial Video to learn about Certificates of Completion – attendees may ask you!
• Access the ACE Speaker Portal to accept your presentation by March 10, 2025.
