AWWA’s Annual Conference and Exposition is one of the largest gatherings of water community professionals in the world. More than 50 countries are represented at ACE each year by companies, academics, and individuals working in water. At AWWA, we pride ourselves on our support for the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals and the I.M.P.A.C.T. initiative to build a better world for people everywhere by 2030. If you need an invitation letter to secure your visa to attend ACE, visit our Visa Letter Request page below. Requests will be honored for attendees and presenters with the intent to register. The invitation does not represent any personal knowledge by AWWA as to the propriety of your admission into the United States. Please also check with the Embassy in your country about Visa Waiver Program and other details related to tourism.

Please note that this letter is simply meant to support you in securing your visa to attend an AWWA conference and is not, itself, a visa for entry.

U.N. Sustainable Development Goals

To guide global collaboration on sustainability the United Nations defined 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The SDGs represent the world’s best plan to build a better world for people and our planet by 2030. Adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, the SDGs are a call for action by all countries — poor, rich and middle-income — to promote prosperity while protecting the environment.

AWWA’s work directly supports these SDGs:

#10: Reduced Inequalities
