Book Your Hotel Room

ACE26 hotel reservations are now open!
We are eager to welcome you to Washington, D.C. The ACE26 Opening General Session is on Monday, June 22 – view the full Schedule-at-a-Glance when making your plans.
Please book using only the link below – Connections Housing is the sole approved AWWA housing partner.
Some hotels will fill very quickly! Generally, the nearest hotels, followed by the least expensive ones, tend to sell out early. If you have a specific hotel in mind, please do not delay. AWWA will monitor inventory; however, when a hotel is fully booked, it will be closed to new reservations. A complete list of hotels (with a map view option) is available here.
The reservations system will remain open until Friday, May 22, 2026, or until sold out, whichever occurs first. Book early! Please note that any reservation cancelled with Connections after April 24, 2026, will incur a $50 fee, in addition to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Scam Alert: AWWA is aware of multiple unauthorized organizations contacting exhibitors and attendees to solicit hotel rooms. Reservations made through these unauthorized solicitors cannot be guaranteed by AWWA and could result in hidden charges, unusual restrictions, incorrect hotel placement, or nonexistent reservations.

Connections Housing, Inc is the only official housing company approved by AWWA. All other solicitors should be considered fraudulent. Please use only the link provided by AWWA.

Getting to Washington D.C.

By Plane: The Washington, D.C. area is served by three major airports: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). DCA is the closest to the city, while IAD handles many international flights. BWI also offers access to the city via train and other transport options. All three have various public transit and ride-sharing options to help travelers reach their destinations.

By Train: If train travel is more your style, Amtrak has several rail lines that serve D.C.’s Union Station and is connected to the D.C. Metro on the Red Line. Union Station is in the heart of downtown and a short walk or bus ride away from the convention center and conference hotels.
