All Booths Include:

-Inline booths: 8’ high back drape, 3’ side rail
-ID sign with company name and booth number (Booths <300 sq ft)
-exhibitor listing in conference resources
-Three complimentary exhibitor registrations per 10×10 booth that include educational sessions and networking events
-Exhibit Hall 24-hour perimeter security
-Year-round integrated marketing campaigns and show promotion
-On-site opportunity to reserve booth space for next year's ACE
  
The exhibiting company is responsible for providing all booth furnishings, including carpet, tables, chairs, and similar. Electricity, internet, water, and other utility connections are not included.

Cancellation Policy

All booth cancellations must be submitted to AWWA in writing. Cancellations via email to exhibitormail@awwa.org are acceptable. If the exhibitor reduces the space reserved, the cancellation policy will apply to the canceled portion of space, and AWWA reserves the right to relocate the exhibitor to new booth space in the best interest of the conference.
 
On or before January 23, 2025: Full refund
January 24, 2025 – March 27, 2025: 25% cancellation fee will be charged on the booth fee
After March 27, 2025: No refund given
