What do all Booths Include?
- Inline booths: 8’ high back drape, 3’ side rail

The exhibiting company is responsible for providing all booth furnishings, including carpet, tables, chairs, and similar. Electricity, internet, water, and other utility connections are not included.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
All booth cancellations must be submitted to AWWA in writing. Cancellations via email to exhibitormail@awwa.org are acceptable. If an exhibitor reduces the space reserved, the cancellation policy will apply to the canceled portion of space, and AWWA reserves the right to relocate the exhibitor to new booth space in the best interest of the conference.
On or before January 22, 2026: Full refund
January 23 – March 26, 2026: 25% cancellation fee will be charged on the booth fee
After March 26, 2026: No refund given
