Join fellow ACE attendees for a hands-on volunteer opportunity that delivers real impact. At the Soap Saves Lives Experience, you’ll help assemble eco‑friendly hygiene kits designed to support communities in need.
Each kit includes essentials such as Clean the World’s recycled soap, shampoo, and dental care items. Sustainability is at the heart of this effort – kits feature bamboo toothbrushes, jute loofahs, and PCR shampoo bottles to ensure zero waste and a minimal carbon footprint.
Completed kits will be donated throughout the D.C. metro area via the Events DC Community Engagement Program, with additional kits supporting global hygiene initiatives through the WASH Foundation.
This is an easy and meaningful way for volunteers and conference attendees to contribute directly to AWWA’s shared impact goals and demonstrate how our community can drive environmental and social progress.
No registration required. Simply look for the signs near ACE Registration at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Stay to assemble one kit or many.
